Clarity &
Direction

Where do you want to go in your career?

There are many reasons that can make you looking for a career change. What is yours?

  • Are you not feeling motivated or fulfilled in your current job?

  • Are you ready for a change, but not sure where you want to go next?

  • Do you feel like you’ve been mostly drifting along and it's time to become active?

  • Maybe you know exactly what you want and where you want to go, but something is
    holding you back?

  • Do you feel that you can do more? That you’re not maximizing your full potential?

To create a successful, meaningful career, requires us to think proactively, and learn how to identify and seize opportunities. In order to do this, I believe that we must first be able to answer some very important questions about ourselves, including “Who am I?” and “What do I want?”.

Achieving clarity

We all have unique skills and strengths, and the more we can apply them to our work the more productive and fulfilled we usually are. But talent is not all. It is just as important to take into account your personality, to be clear about what’s most important to you (your core values) and to know where you are heading (your goals and your personal vision).

Gaining clarity about these aspects can ultimately lead to a rewarding and fulfilling career path. While the questions about who we are and what is important to us are simple, finding the answers is a process that takes a great deal of thought and self-reflection. And our own blind spots often prevent us from identifying important things that we're missing.

How Coaching can help you

Coaching provides a framework that helps to ensure we cover all relevant aspects to get a full and clear picture. Using a variety of tools and exercises, we will work together to uncover

  • What really motivates and drives you

  • What your strengths are and how you apply them strategically to reach your goals

  • How you manage your weaknesses so they don’t become obstacles

  • What is holding you back - and how to overcome fears and self-doubt

  • How you create a personal vision that will motivate you to move forward

  • How you improve your core skills to gain more self-confidence
