What's included?
Using a variety of tools and exercises, we will work together to achieve Clarity, build Confidence and create a Strategy; the three key ingredients allowing you to make a successful career transition.

We will also create a strategy, set goals and create an action plan, enabling you to successfully make the transition.
How long does the process take? ​
The package includes eight 1-hour sessions. We will be working together for about 3-4 months.

PERSONAL BRANDING PACKAGE
​What's included?
Do you hate "selling" yourself? Do find it hard being authentic in job interviews? Are you struggling with describing your strengths and your personality in your resume?

In order to build a strong personal brand that will help you grow your career, we will work together in three areas.
Authenticity - The foundation of a strong personal brand is to show up as your true self and act in line with your values, ideals and goals. Together we will dig deep to enhance your sense of self-awareness.
Assets - Your assets include your skills, strengths, experience and achievements. Together we will review and identify how these fit into your personal brand.
Communication - Communication is a key factor to make your brand shine. Together we will work on the necessary communication skills and techniques, including storytelling, creating an elevator pitch, mastering basic interview techniques, learning how to use your body language, and more.

JOB APPLICATION PACKAGE
​What's included?
We will review your current job search strategy, as well as your CV and motivation letter. Using elements of personal branding, I will support you in creating a resume and motivation letter that presents your achievements, your strengths and your personality in the best possible light.
A job interview can be a challenging situation. But with the right preparation you will be able to leave a mark. I will help you:

Present yourself in the best possible light, without having to “sell yourself”

Notes
I offer my sessions in English and German language.
A coaching session lasts 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the package.
Sessions can be done online or in person. It’s also possible to do a mix of online and in-person meetings.
All fees stated above are for online sessions. Contact me for fees for in-person sessions.
