A Different Approach to Time Management

Exploring the gems in Oliver Burkeman's "Four Thousand Weeks - Time Management for Mortals" (Podcast)

Last month, I had the pleasure of joining the Books & Breakthroughs podcast to share my thoughts on one of my all-time favorite books about living a meaningful life: 4000 Weeks by Oliver Burkeman.

Burkeman’s book is a much-needed antidote to the endless stream of get-more-done-faster productivity hacks and guides. It offers a refreshingly honest—and sometimes uncomfortable—perspective on just how limited our time really is, and how we might choose to use it more wisely.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by never-ending to-do lists or simply curious about what a more mindful relationship with time could look like, I warmly invite you to listen to the conversation between Naomi Wernecke, Susan Steiner, and me. Together, we dive into some of the most valuable lessons from the book.
